Shipping policy

MAGAFY offers flat-rate shipping of $8.95 to the contiguous 48 US States and $24 for HI/AK. International shipping is not available. Gift Card amounts do not count towards the free shipping threshold. Orders for $47+ to the contiguous 48 US States are free. 

PROCESSING TIME - Most in-stock orders are currently shipped within our standard 1-2 week processing window unless otherwise stated on the product shipping description page and in your confirmation email next to each item. Since each purchased item requires a specific warehouse processing time, certain products may delay the shipment of your entire order. Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout do not include processing times.

Orders received after 2 p.m. EST will begin processing the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders, excluding federal holidays, will begin processing the following Monday. Please note that shipping estimates will start the following business day.

MAGAFY will not be shipping on the following dates: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

ORDER STATUS - After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. From that email, you can click the "View Order Status" button to be taken to your order status page, where you can view the order status and tracking information.

A status of "Confirmed" means the order is not ready to ship. There is no need to worry; it just means your order is still being processed. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a second shipping notification via email with tracking details, and it will be marked as "Shipped" or "Delivered" once it arrives.
